Blumie is our office manager. She is dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality and the most cost effective orthodontic care. She works with every patient to create a customized payment plan.
Racheli is our clinical manager. She graduated first in her class from University of Bridgeport's Fones School of Dental Hygiene. She combines her skill and professionalism with her warm and engaging personality to help each patient feel comfortable.
Meira
Meira is our head receptionist. True to her name, Meira lights up a room with her sunny disposition. Her cheerful and friendly personality greets each patient when they visit or call the office.
Tova
Aviva is the "Em Bayit" of the office. She is our longest standing employee, working alongside Dr. Lavi for over a decade. Aviva is known for her genuine care and compassion, and for laughing the hardest at Dr. Lavi's jokes. Her dedication and commitment to the patients is felt by everyone as she juggles all aspects of the office with ease, always assuring everything runs smoothly.
Tova, who trained in Haddasah Hygiene school is an energetic and enthusiastic member of our clinical staff. She works diligently and efficiently helping our clinical floor run easily and professionally.
Yael Shira hails from an illustrious line of dental clinicians. Her grandfather, Dr. Stu Gherman, was Dr. Lavi's dentist when he was growing up .Yael Shira runs our in-house lab and is a natural at making retainers and dental assisting.

Esti runs of our satellite office in Neve Daniel. She is committed to providing the Gush Community with the highest level of orthodontic care and excellent customer service. Esti is also our social media manager.
